If you run an online store on Shopify, WooCommerce, Shopware, PrestaShop, Magento/Adobe Commerce or JTL, you can connect 4invoices in minutes and let the system work in the background. For every new order, an invoice is automatically generated with customer data pulled from checkout, VAT applied per your tax regime and the PDF sent by email.

The function works in both directions: stock, prices and order statuses sync between the store and 4invoices, so you have a single source of truth everywhere. When someone returns a product, a credit invoice is automatically issued, stock is updated and the customer is notified — zero manual intervention.
