Mandatory invoice fields

Every element the Ireland tax legislation requires on a fiscal invoice.

  • Word "Invoice" and unique sequential number
  • Issue date and date of supply
  • Supplier name, address and VAT number
  • Customer name and address (VAT number for B2B EU)
  • Description and quantity of goods/services
  • Net amount, VAT rate and VAT amount per rate
  • Total amount payable
  • Reverse charge or exemption note where relevant
